As an Online Marketer, you will work together with Alba on the growth of our Spanish webshop. You will be challenged to attract more and more (potential) customers to the webshop through creative actions and the use of online marketing channels. Is your job done then? No, certainly not. You also want them to have a good experience and come back after that first order. To do this, you analyse the data, collect feedback and you think of ways to reactivate customers with the online channel and message that makes the most impact according to you. To come up with ideas for relevant actions, you get help from the central ecommerce team and ecommerce colleagues from other countries. They all have similar roles, so you’re not on your own. You will also work together with the Spanish country manager in order to reach the overall revenue goals.
