The Job: Real Results, No Borders At The Schippers Group, we don’t just talk about biosecurity; we implement it in practice. As our International Biosecurity Expert, you are the link between our HyCare technology and the world’s largest poultry producers.
You won’t be managing from a distance. You’ll be on the ground in places like Brazil, Vietnam, and the USA, ensuring our methods actually work for the farmer.
What are you going to do?
- On-site implementation: You visit international poultry sites to get the HyCare method up and running and stay involved until it is implemented correctly.
- Business partnership: You work as a peer to veterinarians and technical directors, analyze production data and demonstrate how improved hygiene leads to better performance.
- Lead & coach: You lead complex projects and train local teams to maintain the high standards we set.
- Market eyes & ears: You identify trends in the field and share these insights with our R&D team to support the development of future solutions.
What we are looking for?
- Practical & professional: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or Agribusiness and are comfortable working in farm environments.
- Ready to travel: The world is your office. You are willing to spend a significant amount of time abroad.
- Clear communicator: You speak fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus) and can communicate effectively in both the boardroom and the barn.
- Result-driven: You are motivated by measurable improvements in hygiene, animal health and farm performance.
