We’re looking for a Sales manager Thailand with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pig or poultry farming. In this position, you’ll help introduce Schippers’ MS Gold hygiene product range to livestock farms. Your main responsibility will be to work with our partners and customers, providing technical sales support and arranging training sessions on farm hygiene management. You’ll also conduct field tests to evaluate the effectiveness of Schippers’ products, gather feedback from customers, and assist sales teams with your technical knowledge during sales calls and presentations.
What are you going to do?
- Generate leads and conduct sales conversations (by telephone, face to face and on farm contact).
- Provide assistance to dealers and end customers regarding the use of Schippers’ hygiene products for pigs and poultry, with a specific focus on our MS Gold product line and associated application tools, as well as our solution oriented HyCare approach.
- Organize and present information meetings, seminars and events in the area.
- Assist in the launch of new hygiene products in the market.
- Coordinate technical training sessions on farm hygiene management, animal health management, and product usage.
- Carry out field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of Schippers’ hygiene products.
- Gather feedback from dealers, farmers, and end customers on product performance to provide insights for future product development.
- Provide sales teams with technical expertise during sales calls and presentations.
What we are looking for?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least five years of work experience in the pig or poultry industry.
- Knowledge of farm hygiene and animal health management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills with fluency in both English and Thai languages are required.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand is necessary for the job position.
- The candidate should be eager to learn about new products and technologies.
- This job is open to candidates that are currently residing in Thailand, Bangkok.
