As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for the customer. This can be via telephone, email, or Whatsapp. The great thing is that you not only answer the customer's questions, but you also work on their questions or problems. These questions can be about anything, from questions about orders to problems with equipment, from questions about delivery time to supplier warranties. You tackle these questions and don't let go until you have a solution. This means a lot of interaction with other departments within the supply chain and, above all, acquiring a lot of knowledge yourself. So, don't expect a "standard" call center function, but a challenging role as a customer expert at The Schippers Group!
