Within the Schippers Group, we make our case with about 500 employees for an agricultural sector without antibiotics. Within the organization we have short lines. You are with the decision maker and we like to listen to your ideas! We are growing rapidly and are therefore always interested in good people. These can be people from the sector, but that is certainly not a requirement. We have extensive training programs and can teach you a lot, both about the industry and about different fields!

We promote our vision and products with our Marketing department and our huge logistics center in Lommel ensures that the orders are correctly packaged and arrive at our customers on time. Of course we also have a lot of departments that provide the necessary support. Think for example of R&D, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Technical Service and HR. Or perhaps you would like to work for one of our subsidiaries as a pest controller, service technician or coating specialist! In short, there are a lot of opportunities in many different areas.
