Phone call
We will contact you as soon as possible for a brief phone conversation. This gives us a chance to get to know you better and discuss the next steps.
Interview
The first interview will be with your future manager and HR. Together, we’ll assess whether there’s a match between you, the role, and our organization – and of course, vice versa! Depending on the role, we may schedule one or more follow-up interviews, possibly including a case study, assessment, meeting with the management team, or a trial day.
Offer and Start
Congratulations! You’ll receive a tailored offer, and we’ll discuss your start date. Then, your onboarding begins – your adventure at The Schippers Group is about to start!
