International Talents Program

This is your gateway to a global career in agriculture. Within 12 months, you will train, learn, work, and grow in an international environment, developing essential sales, technical, and leadership skills. With hands-on experience and the opportunity to explore global markets, you’ll take on real business challenges while traveling abroad.

Guided by an experienced mentor, yet with the freedom to take intitiative and discover new opportunities, this program empowers you to shape your future and become a leader in the agri-sector.

How it works

  • Phase 1 (0–3 months): Introduction & Onboarding

A structured onboarding program with training on our organization, products, and markets to build a strong foundation.

  • Phase 2 (3–6 months): Departmental Rotations

Hands-on experience through rotations in departments such as Sales, Operations, and R&D, including involvement in international projects.

  • Phase 3 (6–9 months): International Assignment

A short-term placement at one of our international offices to gain cross-border experience and strengthen your global mindset.

  • Phase 4 (9–12 months): Specialization & Future Role

Focus on a specific area aligned with your strengths and ambitions, preparing you for a potential long-term role within the company.
