What are you going to do?
- Advise swine farmers on biosecurity and hygiene solutions to decrease the germ pressure for the animals.
- Implement and optimize our innovative HyCare methodology at farms.
- Clean and dry living environment
- Clean drinking water
- Supporting the gut health
- Train and support farmers and staff in biosecurity practices and herd health management.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with clients and act as their trusted expert.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding our presence in the region.
What do we ask?
- A background in veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences, or substantial experience in the swine industry.
- A passion for improving animal health and welfare.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- A hands-on, practical approach and willingness to work directly on farms.
- Experience with biosecurity is an advantage, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Willing to work partially from headquarters in Davenport, Iowa.
