Technical Sales Specialist Pigs
Can you guide our clients towards optimal hygiene management on their farms?
Are you ready to take responsibility for guiding and coaching our clients in Canada to HyCare? As a Technical Sales Specialist Pigs, your role is to sell our HyCare concept across Canada. You will lead key customers and dealers into the 'fascinating world of hygiene management' as a true HyCare Ambassador. For this position it is important that you live in Manitoba.

What are you going to do?
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the pig industry.Â
- Organising field trials and demonstrations in the barn that leads to new customers.
- Assist in the transition from product sales to solution-based programs (HyCare) and help understand the value (ROI) of this approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the pig sector.Â
- Gather feedback from dealers, farmers, and end customers on product performance to provide insights for future product development.
- Carry out field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of Schippers’ hygiene products
What do we ask?
- Knowledge of the pig sector: you have extensive expertise in the pig sector, including experience in animal care, cleaning, disinfection, and biosecurity.
- Communication Skills: you can effectively convey complex technical concepts to clients with common sense.
- Independence and Team Spirit: you are independent but seek collaboration with colleagues when it is beneficial.
- Passion for Hygiene: You have a profound interest in hygiene and understand its impact on the health and productivity of pigs.
- Customer-Centric approach: you are dedicated to the success of customers and are committed to helping them achieve their goals.
This job is open to candidates that are currently residing in Manitoba or willing to move for at least 3 years.
