What are you going to do?
- Strategic Market Expansion: Identify, penetrate, and scale partnerships with Tier-1 swine integrators and large-scale producers across the U.S. market.
- Implement HyCare: Lead the transition for producers toward our total hygiene philosophy, focusing on water quality, pest control, and cleaning protocols to reduce antibiotic reliance.
- ROI-Driven Consultation: Deliver measurable success by demonstrating the direct link between superior hygiene management and animal performance/profitability.
- Market Influence: Represent Schippers at national industry groups and major events (e.g., World Pork Expo), positioning our brand as the global leader in biosecurity.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with our international product managers and technical specialists to bring European innovations to the American market.
- Key Account Ownership: Take ownership of a select group of accounts, driving the entire process from initial acquisition to long-term strategic management and growth.
