We are looking for a Country Manager who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves, inspire a team, and grow our market share in Italy.
What are you going to do?
As our Country Manager, you are the captain of the ship in Italy. Your main goal? Making sure our Italian farmers know that hygiene is the key to success.
- Set the Course: You’ll create and execute a solid business plan to grow our presence in the Italian livestock market.
- Lead the Team: You’ll coach and inspire a diverse group of professionals. You’re not a “boss” behind a desk; you’re a mentor who helps the team win.
- Know the Market: You keep a close eye on what’s happening in the Italian market. What do farmers need? What is the competition doing? You turn these insights into opportunities and actions.
- Drive Sales & Marketing: You oversee our commercial efforts to ensure our hygiene solutions and products reach as many farmers as possible.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Build Relationships: You’ll spend time with our key customers and distributors, building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country’s performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who speaks the language of the farmer and the language of business.
- Experience: You’ve got a proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within the livestock industry. You know how the sector works.
- Communication: You’re a great negotiator and a people person. You speak and write fluent Italian and English.
- Leadership: You know how to bring a team together and get everyone moving in the same direction.
- Mindset: You are results-oriented, analytical, and a strategic thinker. You don’t just see problems; you see solutions.
- Network: Having a strong network within the Italian livestock market is a huge plus!
