Technical Specialist Poultry Indonesia

  • Advice & Sales
  • Full-time
  • Java, Asia-Pacific

Do you have hands-on experience in poultry farms and do you understand how farms really operate on a daily basis?

As our new technical specialist poultry in Indonesia, you don’t just talk about farm hygiene; you make it happen. You are the hands-on expert who steps onto the yard to ensure better farm performance and visible results.

We are looking for someone with a solid network in the West Java poultry sector. You already know the farm managers and technical teams, and more importantly: they know and trust you. You understand how decisions are made in this industry and you have the skills to build lasting relationships on-site.

Forget the office; you belong in the field. As a technical specialist, you spend your time on the farms, returning as often as needed to ensure our hygiene solutions are executed perfectly. You are a problem-solver who isn’t satisfied until real farm practices have actually improved.

What are you going to do?

  • Visit poultry farms, hatcheries and integrator operations (3-4 days per week)
  • Assess farm hygiene conditions and identify gaps in cleaning, disinfection and daily routines
  • Identify infection pressure and weak points in farm management
  • Implement cleaning and disinfection protocols across the farm (including water systems)
  • Train farm staff to improve execution and consistency in daily operations
  • Follow up on farms to ensure protocols are actually applied
  • Support improvements in farm performance through better hygiene standards
  • Build relationships with farm managers, supervisors and technical teams
  • Support distributors in the field by improving usage and results

What we are looking for?

  • Proven hands-on experience in poultry farms (broiler, layer, breeder or hatchery)
  • Strong understanding of how farms operate day-to-day
  • Experience working with or within larger poultry operations is a strong advantage
  • Able to identify practical problems and implement workable solutions
  • Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Able to work independently and take ownership in the field
  • Willing to travel frequently

What we offer?

A role that defies the standard. You make the change, there where it matters the most. What makes this role special:

  • You focus on improving farm hygiene and daily execution
  • You work on real farm conditions, not theory
  • You help farms operate more consistently and efficiently
  • You build trust with the people who actually run the farms
  • You improve results through better hygiene, not by pushing products
